PFAS-free Caps/Liners
QEC is proud to offer a PFAS-Free series of caps that are compatible with all standard glass or plastic screw, crimp, or snap top vials. These caps are recommended for standard GC and LC analysis.
QEC PFAS-free caps use a PFAS-Free film/silicone liner material that has been tested for Total Fluorine content as well as for eighteen specific PFAS compounds by an accredited outside testing lab.
- Total Fluorine content testing had a result of N.D. – not detected to <9ppm total fluorine (specification is <100ppm)
- PFAS compound testing had a result of N.D. – not detected, less than specified detection limit for all PFAS compounds tested
